What services are provided?

• Our rehabilitation specialists perform on-site assessments for each customer working with the individual and their care team. This inter-disciplinary approach may involve the physician, physical or occupational therapist and the primary care-giver.
• Consideration is given to the environment where the equipment will be used as well as the approximate amount of time that the equipment will be used on a daily basis.
• Our specialists work with the customer and the care team to identify specific equipment selection goals.
• Our Rehabilitation coordinator to assist with insurance eligibility and authorization.
• We meet the needs of Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric customers.
• Individuals with the following diagnoses and conditions may require specialized rehabilitation equipment.
• Types of equipment that may be provided.
