Our RespiCare Rx pharmacy calls you once a month to discuss what refills you need for your current respiratory medications order.
Our pharmacy staff calls you once a month to:
- Check that you have the same prescription and are not experiencing any problems with your current medication.
- Discuss what refills you need for your current respiratory medications order.
- Answer any questions you may have about your prescription.
Our pharmacy staff provides:
- Clinical support for questions or problems through our toll free number

- Evaluation of respiratory medications with the other medications you are taking
to determine if there are any potential side effects or potential adverse reactions.
- Written information with your prescription on the side effects for your specific
medication and when you need to contact your doctor and your NeighborCare pharmacist.
Our respiratory therapist staff provides:
- Twenty-four hour clinical support for questions or problems related to your equipment through our home medical and respiratory equipment locations if
you receive your equipment from NeighborCare.
- In the areas where NeighborCare has a home medical and respiratory equipment operation, we will send a technician or respiratory therapist to instruct you
on the safe use and operation of the nebulizer with its medications.
- Clinical follow-up to ensure that you understand all the instructions related to your nebulizer and medications.
