Side effects with dornase alpha are generally mild and go away within a few weeks. They include
hoarseness, pharyngitis and larynigits. Also, chest pain, rash and conjunctivitis have been reported. It is recommended to
keep all other inhaled medication systems completely separate from dornase alfa. Do not use any other inhaled medications
inthe nebulizer at the same time. |
